What NicheTrust Is

NicheTrust is a verified traffic ranking and commission-free sponsorship marketplace for niche websites. Site owners connect their Google Search Console and Google Analytics data to prove their traffic is real. Advertisers browse verified sites by category and contact site owners directly for sponsorship deals. NicheTrust does not facilitate payments, negotiate deals, or take any commission.

Your Responsibilities

• Own your sites — You may only register sites that you own or are authorized to manage. You must have legitimate access to the associated Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties.
• Accurate information — The information you provide (site URL, category, contact email) must be accurate and up to date.
• Account security — You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• XSubmit fake or artificially inflated traffic data
• XRegister sites you do not own or control
• XAttempt to game the trust score or ranking system
• XUse the platform to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
• XScrape, crawl, or bulk-export data from NicheTrust

Commission-Free Model

NicheTrust is free to use and does not charge any fees or commissions on sponsorship deals. All negotiations and payments between site owners and advertisers happen directly between the parties. NicheTrust is not a party to any sponsorship agreement and bears no responsibility for the terms, fulfillment, or outcome of any deal made between users.

Limitation of Liability

NicheTrust is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to display accurate traffic data, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of data pulled from Google APIs. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or disputes between site owners and advertisers.

Right to Remove Listings

We reserve the right to remove any site listing, suspend any account, or restrict access to the platform at our sole discretion if we believe a user is violating these terms, submitting fraudulent data, or acting in a way that harms the integrity of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of NicheTrust after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
